1. What are FantaSigns?

FantaSigns are unique art prints where the buyer can personalize the image. Each print has from one to three personalizations, either a name, date, and/or marquee customization is available for each image. Go to top

2. How are FantaSigns created?

Each print is created one at a time. When we receive your order we personally customize each order and either ship it unframed, frame the order, or if it is a canvas order, stretch it and make it ready to hang when you receive it. Each original FantaSign design goes through a rigorous process which has taken as much as 175 hours on a single image to get it just right. Once the final design is approved we put the new FantaSign online, and distributed them to our FantaSigns dealers, for you to view. Go to top

3. What quality can I expect in the print and paper used?

At Anthony Ross Studio we use state-of-the-art equipment to create your art print. The paper used on our paper editions are Epson Photo Luster 260 paper. We use Epson's proprietary UltraChrome Inks in printing. The seven ink system gives you the color quality and life expectancy (estimated over 70 years) which can't be matched by desktop or 4 color lithograph printing methods. Go to top

4. What if I hate my FantaSign and want my money back?

Just call us at 714-974-9521 and we will give you a complete refund. YES, A COMPLETE REFUND! Your happiness with your order is our number one concern and we will do everything we can to make your purchase a fun and happy experience. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please don't hesitate to call. We are proud to boast that in over 3 years of producing FantaSigns we have only had one request to return one FantaSign because of customer dissatisfaction. 5. What are the steps in the purchasing and production of my FantaSign?

First just look through the catalog section of this website to see which FantaSign catches your eye, or if you visit one of our dealers you will see our display with the FantaSign order book where each page has an example of our FantaSigns. Online you then make your selection. In the product page you will be asked to choose a name to put on your sign. This can be a given name or a nickname. Most signs do not allow more than one or two words in the name section. Then you will be prompted to create your special marquee. Take a minute to think about this. What would you like to say, about yourself or, if it is for a gift, about the person receiving the FantaSign. Often people have used this marquee section to acknowledge a special date or event. Some like to include the names of family members or pets. Let your imagination go on this, and have some fun with it, we will print (almost) anything. Then fill out the required contact information and payment. Once we receive your order we start the production. Go to top

6. How soon can I expect to receive my FantaSign?

Depending on how many orders are pending, we can usually fulfill your order within five to ten working days. Unframed paper prints are usually the fastest turnaround orders. Framed paper prints usually ship in 5 to 7 days and canvas prints ship from 7 to 10 days. Go to top

7. How often are new FantaSigns created?

We periodically create new work so keep returning to our site to check for new work. You can also submit an idea that we may just use for future prints...let us know! Go to top
